I need a website that will show me how to rebuild an engine for a 2003 suzuki rm 125 dirt bike help me please? Man, you ask a hard question. You should be able to get a Shop Manuel at your Dealer, it tell most of what you need to know. May cost about $50+. Dirt bikes are fairly easy to Rebuild, if nothing broke. You may be able to tear it down, just lay everything out so you know how it go back. Use tape to label wires 1 to 1 2 to 2. The big thing you need is Torque Specs, may be the most important thing in Rebuilding. But, if you not very experienced it would help to have someone to talk too. Wish I could give you more, I love Dirt Bikes they a Blast! I would say www.gixxer.com , I know it's for street bike but surf around.... Good guys there im with snagelfritz..... also i own a 2001 rm 125 the first time i had to rebuild i juss had the owners manual...it explained everything....very easy.....by the way make sure you rebuild at least twice a year depending on how much you ride If you've never done it before you might not know what you're looking for even if you're successful at disassembling it properly. I would definitely find a budy who knows what he/she's doing before jumping into the motor, unless you have nothing to lose and everything to learn. you can by the dealer manual $50 + or a clymer manual for about $20 tells step by step pics, specs etc what to do. |
