Talk with your friendly local insurance agent. It may be possible to get liability insurance for this, but it's going to be expensive.
Liability waivers are usually not worth the paper they're written on, and probably won't stand up in court.
I prefer to deal on a "satisfaction guaranteed" sale policy... Buy the bike, then take a test ride, and if you don't like it, we'll cancel the sale and take it back. Of course, if you wreck it, it's yours... |
