japan yes, but most of those 49cc are made in china, and are really CHEAP. better check to make sure.
as far as quality no. most of them are mass produced with low quality
honestly just about anything made in japan today is superior than american, i'm sorry to have to say that too, but it's true....i can remember when only the junk sold in bubble gum machines at the store was from japan......now look at it today!
