My children want to ride and I need to see the Georgia laws before I allow them. I would like to know a web site that would have these laws so I can print them. Thank you for your help.

I don't know, but if you live close to people and they enjoy their peace and quiet, you are really going to piss some people off. I once threw a brick threw a guy's window who just moved in our neighborhood in the middle of nowhere, I mean he built a dirtbike track!, yes it was on his own property but if anyone gets in between me and my peace I will surly do something about it. don't get me wrong, I have a few bikes of my own, but I don't go riding up and down the road and disturbing everyone like a maniac! Lol after about awhile he crashed on his track and broke his neck Ahhhh Sweet victory.
Well I'm sorry but your state like most states are pretty messed up. I went your DNR Website and it is about the same as other states. You can't readily find crap. You would think that when it comes to something like "THE LAW". They would make it much more easy to find. I will tell you one thing I have learned after buying an ATV. They are hated by the DNR. Most of the laws are pretty much the same from state to state. I wouldn't advise driving them of your own property unless you are on a state trial and then stay on the trials. If your state is like Wisconsin then make sure you buy the proper license.
