What can i say to my friend? |
i have a friend and he blames himself for something thats not his fault. he and his friend were dirt biking and they ran into eachother, when they fell one of the bike's pegs went through his friends head, and he died. he has blamed himself for years. when he's told its not his fault, he says WHY? i wander what to say to that! plz help! say that it was meant to be, or written and even if he tried, he wouldnt be able to stop it so it wasnt his fault. Say, why do you always blame yourself? It's your own fault! Your friend is grieving and it has to run it's course. You can consul be your are not a whipping post so do not act like one. Be nice listen and give him some room. Time and his religion will be his Savior. You know what besides say that accidents happen and he should not blame himself for that... I dont know... Do you think he would agree on seeing a specialist? tell him that it isnt his fault.....regrets only lead to anger...he shouldnt regret it.what happen happened........ |
