My friend!?

I have a friend and he is very dumb! he wants a dirtbike soo badly but yet his brakes on his car are terrible!! i always tell him brakes first! then a dirt bike plus he doesnt have that kind of money to pay payments for the bike what do you think i should tell him!???

exactly what you said, and tell him: ok get that bike then one day when your driving you might have to throw it out your car window to slow your car down when your breaks give out all together!!!
