Post pregnancy hormones making me crazy????? |
My husband went on a 12 hour trip out of town to pick up his new dirt bike which he was really psyched about. He went with a single friend of his and for some reason, the whole time he was gone I had nightmares of him cheating on me. We have an awesome relationship, he loves me and our baby to death and I normally trust him completely but we recently had a baby(shes a month old) and my hormones are all whacked right now. Are these feelings normal at this point or am I wigging out? Yes, they're totally normal. if you know he won't cheat, no amount of dreams will convince you otherwise, they're just dreams!! I had them too, but it never came to pass. Tell him about your dream when he comes back. I'm sure he'll be glad to re-assure you that nothing happened. He knows you're hormonal too, so give him a chance to speak, he might just surprise you!!..GL;) It may be postpartum depression. Go to a mental health expert as soon as possible. totally normal, i still have the same feelings and my baby is 8 months old!!! I had to be put on depression meds and still on them, sucks but it helps totaly normal its FINE!! he's NOT cheating on u. it could be the post pardum depression but if your relationship is awesome then i wouldnt worry to much about it unless you find signs of it, im 6mths pregnant and im worried about everything lol but the dreams could mean nothing i have dreams like that but its just a mind game playing tricks, its ok just take it one day at a time and see how things are. btw congrats on ur new baby =)!
