Will my friend be mad at me?

My best friend fell while riding his dirt bike and crashed/landed in a ditch. I was so scared that I ran home and went to dinner!! I couldn't even get my hershey pie down I was so scarreedd!! Will he be pissed off at me? I'm worried no one found him so I was going to check but my show is on & I don't wanna ruin my new shoes in the mud? What do I do? Will he be mad?
