what the best beginner motorcylce im trying to go fast i think in anotther year i can handle a hayabusa, i only ridden a dirt bike once If you want to live long enough to enjoy motorcycling, as well as not be a lethal threat to others on the road, get rid of the idea that top speed is the main goal. Take the MSF Safe Rider's course; they have bikes to train you on and passing gets you your license; then decide which bike is best for you to start out on. Source(s): 35 years' riding experience; relatively accident free. get yourself a 400cc (or something around that figure) then work yourself up from there, 600cc, 750cc, 1000cc.. I have had many road bikes, if i were you i would avoid purchasing one till you have spent many years driving, its much harder to ride than drive, cars offer you no respect and you do not get many chances with mistakes, they usually hurt or kill. Buy a car and later in life get a cruiser and enjoy the experience. Get an old bike, buy the book Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Repair, read the book and fix the bike. Or get a 350cc-400cc bike, be resposible, you will crash, or you will get hit by a car, these things happen. Aprilla 650 is a good start for you if you want a hayabusa by next year. This Aprilla 650 only produces about 100bhp. I think you can handle that. Plus, the chassis is race bred!!! No substutution. After a year, u shud be able to master a hayabusa: 500bhp twin turbo, >300kph on one wheel. Depends on the riders age and size. Don't buy a bike too small for the person or they will look foolish on it. Get the biggest available that you can comfortably handle. Go to a showroom and look around and ask questions. I like the mid size hondas. |
