Jealous of sister? |
She gets to go to all of these baseball games ans she is 15. I'm 14, her brother, and love baseball. Her friend, who is rich and sort of spoiled (get rides to the bus stop 1 block down, have 5 motor scooters, a dirt bike, etc. and my sister gets to ride it all the time) get tickets to White Sox and Cubs games. Her favorite player is Aaron Rowand and when the Phillies play the Cubs, she goes wit her friends uncle who has seats right behing the Phillies dugout and she is always coming back with autographs. She is always meeting players. She doesn't even know who anyone is and gets their autograph (like Ryan Zimmerman, Pudge, A-Rod). Her friends dad knows many players and they get to eat dinner with them and she always comes back with great stories. Don't know if they are all true but they sound awesome. She goes to about 60 games all season. I go to one with my family which she goes to too. She is also driving and can't shut up about that. I don't have friends that are spoiled rich and The tables will turn, you two have a long way to go. It would be nice if your sister wasnt being so selfish and could include you in some of these things she knows you love and are truly interested in. Let her grow up and just hang in there. I feel for ya. The glory doesn't last forever.. It will wear thin soon.. be patient young man, your opportunities will come..... I think you are envious not jealous.. and rightly so.... Did u try talking to her? you could try to just ask to talk to her in private or something and just say how u feel, set things straight. try not to yell at her(it may start a fight). maybe she could change how much she brags about it. tell her the truth. or maybe if u talked to ur parents. that could also help. personal experience |
