What do you do when you jam your fingrue? |
i jammed my finger riding my dirt bike what should i do to relive the pain and heal the fingure Ice it. It will heal on its own. No need to see a doctor unless you truely feel that it is broken. you pull it back in place cry and scream and then call for your mother Keep ice on it in 20 minute intervals to reduce the swelling and take Advil or Mortrin...if you're sure it's only jammed, otherwise, you need to have it x-rayed. |
