My cut on my leg? |
I just crashed on my dirt bike a month ago and my leg is all good now. I had to go get stitches and etc. It doesn't hurt at all anymore. I'm just wondering, since my the area around my cut is still numb and soft, is that still part of the healing process?? Could be nerve damage. I cut my hand badly and had to tell the doc I play the guitar. He immediatly removed the stitches and grafted my hand to my chest for a few weeks. There was some nerve damage and there is no feeling in some of my fingers but I can still play the guitar well. He explained that it was very difficult and about impossible to reattatch nerves and stitches make it worse. Source(s): That's my story. Yes. It can take up to a year to get full feeling back. If you are worried ask your doctor. thats just dead skin maybe i dont know dont worry about it. Hi! I would say definately.. the numbness and tenderness means that its not all the way healed yet. Dont worry I have had some bbbbaaad injuries before, and they might tingle, burn or itch for a while but at long as your not seeing any pus or nasty discharge you should be just fine!! I hope the stitches werent too bad, and have fun on ur dirt bike! Yes. The danger sign is if it really hurts to touch it, it feels hot, or if it's not pinkish. If that were the case, see a doctor immediately, the ER if you have to. Kent in SD you may have damaged the nerves. if u only got stitches then it's possible. i got my foot cut up and i had to have surgery so they may or may not have repaired the nerves. but u prolly damaged them. |
