How do u do a wheelie on a kawasaki ninja750? |
i know how to do wheelies on a dirt bike. is it the same way?? it has alot more power so im kinda worried that i will flip it. NOT QUITE THE SAME. youre dealing with a powerband on a dirt bike,no such thing in terms for a crotch rocket. Esiesy way to get it up is obviously in first gear, and yes you can flip it soo stasrt out gradually..take it up to around 6-7k rpm..then crack the throttle, the front will come right up.make sure your crotch is up against the tank, meaning dont sit your butt back in the seat, you want to be on top of this thing when it come up,not slidding off the back, plus sitting too far back in the bucket once the front comes up may exagerate your throttle twist, hence youre in alot of trouble if you goosed it a bit too much. best bet is to ride with your right foot covering the rear brake, tap it if you feel the bike going too far up or back for your liking. it will take you some practice, but after a while it will become second nature and you wount have to think about everything, youll know just what to do. First gear wheelies are the easiest, but also the shortest.IF you manage one day to learn them, try them in second gear,be very cautious, once its up it requires less throttle to maintain if youre near BP ,balance point.making it even easier to flip it with less effort. Gun it and find out! VERY CAREFULLY! LOL practice Why would you want to do something so stupid and dangerous? But if you must then go VERY fast and hit the front brakes. You should bounce along the pavement nicely for a couple of blocks. Good luck! there is a good video on youtube.com that explains how to wheelie. go to youtube and type in "how to wheelie", its a step by step tutor. good luck You should not do wheelies on the street. It is dangerous both to you, your bike and to other people around you. If you really want to wheelie your bike, then do it out at the airport (or similar off road place). On most high performance bikes all you have to do is accelerate very quickly and you'll wheelie the bike easily. Just make sure you bring a friend with you who can pick up your bike after you dump it and tend to your wounds (or call 911). If you do stunts, then be prepared to pay the price when you don't do it correctly (cracked stator cover, dumping your oil all over the pavement, scratches/cracks on bike plastics, helmet damage, scuffed barends, broken levers, broken turnsignals, torn jacket, bruises or broken bones, etc, etc), which would be half the time, if your good at it. So you decide if its worth it or not. And when you do dump your bike, because there is a high probability that you will...don't make us all pay by claiming it on your insurance. You did the stunt, you pay for the damage. Always wear safety gear and ride responsibly. |
