Can I get an out of state dirtbike that only has a bill of sale titled in Illinois.?


The dirt bike is from ohio and the person does not have a title and can only provide a bill of sale.

Have the seller apply for a lost title in his state. The seller can sign a power of attorney for you but if the bike is stolen or has a lien against it, you will have problems.
