I recently fell on my dirt bike and twisted my knee and fell on it like that. Its been a week and its getting worse by the day. I need to know what's wrong. By the way, I am 13 years old. (if that helps)
Not sure of general symptoms, but I had a small tear in my ACL -- Stepped up on the bleachers at a game, heard a pop and was in so much pain. Wore a knee brace for a few weeks (doc said surgery for repair was not that helpful at my age and activity level). You should check with a doctor because your situation may be different. Plus, you're probably putting too much stress on the unhurt knee. |
