Will 38 x 110mm pegs fit a 14mm axle ?

I was going to buy these pegs for my BMX, which is a 2003 GT Performer.

The dimensions of the pegs are 38 x 110mm.
My bike axle is an aluminum 14mm axle.

Will the peg be able to go on the axle ?

3/8 pegs will NOT fit a 14mm axle.

You should NEVER put pegs on a bike with an aluminum frame.

EDIT: If you mean 38mm in diameter x 110mm long, this doesn't provide enough info. You need to know the size of the axle hole as well.
