What is best? tube or no tube?

im riding some pretty rough trails and im pretty new to mountain biking...my rear tire blew out and i dont know if i should get a tube or no tube tire? i want something really dependable so i dont have to walk 9miles back to fix it...any advice is great and anything u think that i might need would be great 2..thnx

How about self sealing tubes combined with a puncture resistant tyre liner. That's a pretty dependable combination in my experience.

Edit- The biggest tubes on this board are the make believe cyclists who give good answers thumbs down. If you want good advice about cycling topics go to a genuine cycling forum not a board like this filled with fantasists and bullsh!tters.

How about you get better tires. 2 words: Maxxis Hookworm
