BMX Bunny Hop Question? |
I can pull my tire up high now and im supposed to push back but nothing happens really, my front wheel just goes back down and my back wheel doesen't leave the ground. Am i not applying enough pressure? Any pointers would help. Well, you have to actually crouch and hop up with your legs, of course. The timing is the most difficult part to learn...once you get that figured out then it's a matter of putting more muscle into the moves. When bunny hopping you want to scoop up the back with your feet after your front gets in the air. It isnt as much about pushing down as it is transfering your weight forward. |
