Where can I buy an old 10 speed bike?

I need a bike for this fall at college, and am just looking for an old 10 speed with 28" wheels. Does anyone know where I can find one online? I want to spend < $100 and have already looked on craigslist and ebay. Are there any bike sites or other random sites that I can find an old 70s or 80s 10 speed road bike at? I bought plenty of them on police auctions in NJ. Watch for the ads in local press and internet. Most people are not interested in them so you can get them for $1/bike. They still may require some work though. On craigslist / eBay you can buy bicycles that come from the same source, but are inspected / fixed. Although price is higher but you should easily be able to get one under $100. Whatever more is a rip-off :)
You may also be able to get old 10 speeder just by posting your will on internet. There's so many of them in people's garages, covered with dust. You just have to let people know it's worth something and that you can give them few bucks so they can easily get rid of this old junk:) Good luck!

You can try your luck at local yard sales or a local Salvation Army. Many bike shops also have a selection of used bikes for sale,

Some campus bike shops sell used machines, as do local pawn shops some times. Go Transparent!
