Mountain bike/ road bike pedal extenders?

does anyone use pedal extenders? i find i somtimes ride with half my foot off the pedal and i just found out you can buy pedal extenders on the internet.

No, you'll look like a geek.

Hopefully its the balls of your feet that are on the pedal, all you need.

And when you are coasting, don't be a nub and coast with one foot pedal down and one up, keep them level ffs.
