Do you wear anything underneat cycling shorts?

I am talking about the spandex type. Some people have told me no...I am just not sure.

No!

Always Commando ;)

Otherwise, chaffing and bunching, and friction are a problem.

You can also get creams to apply underneath your shorts to help prevent chaffing and "saddle sores" Chamois butter is a good one - but I never use that stuff!

I don't think it needs to be said - but wash every use... but that is blatantly obvious... Source(s): work in a bike shop
No....
Apply cream in it
the more bulk, the more danger of pressure points, sores and chaffing. no, i go commando under those lycra shorts.
No nothing underneath
no...seams are bad.
nothing under the cycling shorts is correct. it prevents chafing and you will find it to be much more comfortable as well.
