Norco Freeride Hardtail or Iron Horse Yakuza Series ??

Norco Freeride Hardtail or Iron Horse Yakuza Series ??

Hey,

I answered your last question about these two...

Depends on your riding style, and what you want to do with them. If you are looking to do dirt jumps, and urban riding, and that kind of stuff, go with the hardtail

If you want to do bigger stuff like drops and downhill, go with the full-suspension.

you're comparing different bikes for different purposes.

Norco: 165mm travel on front fork, Sram x7 drivetrain, Juicy 5 brakes

IH: 185mm travel fork, saint/deore drivetrain, HFX 9 brakes, it has an E-type front derailler (i don't like these)

Test ride LOTS, don't tie yourself down to one bike or another, and decide what you want to do with it.

good luck Source(s): work in a bike shop
both are lower level quality manufacturers, but I would have to pick the Iron Horse over any Norco
for a few hundred dollars more, check out Kona and Specialized
go Iron horse
