What do you guys think of harley davidson bicycles? |
not motorcycles, bicycles. Cheap junk. Not a REAL bicycle made by a reputable manufacturer, like Trek, Specialized, Kona, Fuji, Ellsworth, Yeti or Titus. their ok nice stylish and probably expensive I am not convinced that Bob (above) has ever seen a Harley bicycle... Anyway, Harley bicycles have previously been pretty bad and priced accordingly, with the exception of when they tried to build them on their own when they were bad and expensive. However, there is a redesign going on right now and I understand that they will be getting a monumental improvement in quality, but they will always be based on existing technology and always be running "with the pack" of entry level bikes... this means that no, they aren't really good bikes. 27 years in the industry HD hasn't made anything that impressed me...for at least 30 years. Want a decent fat-tire bike? Get a pre-1980 Schwinn; they're made in Chicago! |
