model is a Welsco Cadence C22 if you have that brand let me know if you are happy with purchase Your choice is a baaaad idea. Without going into too much detail on how I know this, Weslo was made for people that buy it, use it 3 times, fold it up, and never use it again. They have an average life of 100 hours, or 15 minutes a day for a year. Despite the speed control, they are for walking- perhaps up to 5 miles an hour. NEVER run on a cheaper model treadmill of ANY brand. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, how about getting a good pair of walking shoes and a nice pair of shorts and walking outside? Walk 15 minutes in one direction, then 15 minutes home and you'll have your workout. As you become more advanced, start to increase your speed and distance.
