When will the ruling come down for floyd landis arbitration hearing. its been several months now.? Hey... A verdict must be made within 10 days of when the case is closed. The case is not closed right now, just adjourned... It is up to the WADA and the CAS to determine when to close the case. All arguments are made, and all evaluations of the transcript are done, so no new evidence is being gathered... we are just waiting for them to close the case. As to why they haven't closed it yet? Only they will know... The cynic in me says that we won't hear a ruling until they can cobble enough "evidence" together to find him guilty. From the things I've read it seems like he's not even getting a fair shake in the hearing. But then I'm a fan and am hoping he's clean :) |
