Is there a bike aholics annoymous? |
Cant stop myself> Started 40 years ago at 10 and it's getting worse. Is it wrong to own so many bikes? is it wrong to use them? oh the memories, the joy. Yes I am an addict. Current stable has room. only 3 bikes. 2005 Specialized xtr Epic, 2007 Specialized dura ace Allez, 2007 Specialized ultegra Tricross. Now the 2008 time trial is out. HELP ME !!!! This cracks me up!! I understand what you're going through. However the wife has stopped me from buying another road bike. She says three is the max. I've considered rotating the three but she has me.... I love these three too much to let them go. Still it would be great to have more. 2005 Felt F55 2006 Felt F2C 2007 Felt F85- Upgraded from 105 to Ultegra. This one tows my son's trailer please give one to me :) It could be worse...I think Robin Williams said it best when he said "It's not like I'm addicted to Ferraris!" Ok... a meeting would go like this... Hey, I'm Roberto, I have been without buying any upgrades since my last wheelset 4 weeks ago... and everybody would go: O, yes? what hub, how does it work? and pop goes the world.... sorry, but before you can admit you have a problem, it has to be a problem so, it is not a problem! ride on! |
