I have not ridden a bycycle since childhood, is there such a thing as cycle lessons? |
i would like to ride a cycle again,to get fit etc, but have not ridden in years, where can i get guidance? I hadn't ridden a bike for over 20 years. I got on my sons a few weeks back, and the saying is true..."It's like riding a bike...you never forget". It will just come back to you you could try practicing by yourself, or talk to someone who sells bikes. ummm yeah maybe a freind could help its not wort getting lessons just get a freind to help you you will learn in min.. oh just get on an ride the thing never heard of the saying you never forget to ride a bike of course there is. you can ask a friend or a relative to teach you how to ride a bicycle. and you're lucky if you get it for free! but for a professional trainer or teacher, try to find a bicycle addict. he/she could be professional enough! good luck! Theres a meaning behind the saying "it's like riding a bicycle". it will all come back toyoyu dont worry |
