Can you ride a bicycle? |
Just wondering the percentage of people with the ability..... If you include the approximate date of your last bike ride you get closer to winning..... Any funny story gets even closer to winning! It's like riding a bicycle...no, wait, that was the question. Last time was 15 years ago. My wife wanted to ride down by the beach, so I wrestled for an hour getting the bikes into the car, got down to the park by the beach, another 20 minutes getting the bikes out of the car, she went half a block and was done. Bike is still in the garage, gathering dust. Former girlfriend wanted to ride on the grounds of the convent she used to attend as a novitiate (smuggling hamburgers into her cell in a typewriter case hadn't gone over too well). Since it was equal distance from our respective apartments, that sounded like a good outing all around for both of us, but when I got there I found that gf had brought her bike in her car. And Mother Superior was not pleased as she forcefully ushered us off the grounds. When I was a tyke, I used to think I needed training wheels, realized they were superfluous when I discovered that they had long ago slipped up so high that I was never really using them. Ah, the memories, including two I can't share here. i learned to ride a 2 wheeler when I was 4, my last bike ride was 2 weeks ago When I was about 10, I was ridin my bike and talkin to my friend, veered off the road hit a boulder that was by my nieghbors driveway, flipped over the handle bars. Well...I know how to ride a bike... Hmm...about 1 year ago...my bike was stolen last year:( Hmm...Perhaps a funny story would be the first time I rode a bike.My dad pushed me directly into a wall:))... I rode a bcycle since the age of 5 anyway, funny story when i was about 3 years old, i had this tricycle thing, and when my dad started washing his car, i took my tooth brush, went outside with my tricycle, and started cleaning it HAHA! yesterday i rode. just gimme the ten points Yes. I think the last time I rode a bike was when I was in 6th grade. I was trying to go in between my dad's truck and our basketball pole. I lost control and smacked my cheek against the side of the pole....I had braces then. My mom had to rush me to the orthodontist because I had 3 braces stuck in my cheek. After that I didn't ride my bike out of fear of this happening again. By the time I got my braces out, I thought I was too old and too cool to be seen riding a bike, lol. This is like 15 years ago. But I have confidence I can still ride! I can. The last time i rode one was June 17, 2007. on that day i was riding my bike with my dad on a bike trail and accidentally steered my bike into my dad, almost crashed into him.(Would have been ugly). |
