What is a "campy-spec integrated headtube"?

i am looking at a sputnic stratocaster v2a bmx frame and it says "now with a campy spec integrated headtube for more headset choices"

Campy (or Campag) is short for Campagnolo, they are an Italian company that make good quality gearsets and components. Their Headsets are good quality too.

Integrated Headsets are used on most roadbikes now but they do have a flaw!

If they are slightly loose they will 'ovalise' your headtube, rendering your frame useless.

This looseness! should be easy to detect on a roadbike, I'm not so sure about a BMX though, as they take a lot more abuse!

I am a roadie so my BMX knowledge is severely limited but a bike is a bike!

Hope this helps mate.

.
It means that the head tube is machined to fit a Campagnolo Hiddenset, or any headset with the same dimensions. I don't recall ever seeing a headset billed as "campy spec", but all of the dimensions are in the Hiddenset manual, so you can check compatability:

a few other brands are now doing this with headsets. It is the brand spec'ed to sell with your bike.
Cheap dept store bikes put stickers that say shimano spec'ed. Doesnt mean dura ace or xtr. It means the brand makes a part on the bike.
In your case campy equipped for headset.
Not their highest end model or lowest Just their brand.
