Does anyone know what it means to brick after your cycle?

Does anyone know what it means to brick after your cycle?

In a triathlon, the term is used as "the bricks" when you try to run right after the cycling portion. If you have never tried to run after an intense ride, give it a shot, you'll see what the term is all about.
dont know, havent heard that one. i've heard bonk. bonking is where your muscles run out of glycogen, usually from not fueling them correctly, and they just wont turn over any more. i've been out of racing for a long time, and i am not up on some of the new dialog out. perhaps someone else has heard brick, but i havent.
pretty sure brick is the same thing as bonking. It's also better known as "hitting the wall"
I'm fairly sure your not wanting to know about bicycles here.

Probably going to get better answers in the women's health category.

I'm no expert on this (not having a uterus). My wife reliably informs me, that many things, happen after a cycle that could be described as "to brick". Because the risk of being slapped is too high, I'm going to let it slide.

Maybe it has something to do with a different kind of bonking.
