Cycling 50 miles a day.........?

iv been mountian biking 50 miles a day for the past 3 days and i can do it its not that i can't but when 10pm rolls around it feels like i could eat a small chinese food court what can i do/tips on eating less and also feeling fuller faster?

eat a high protien diet, plus eat more in the day.
When it get to the evening, eat as much as you like, but slowly, you probably feel that way because you are burning so much energy in the day, so you are losing lots of water and energy. plus drink a pint of water every time you feel hungry, because hunger is usually thirst.
First off, you need to pedal home, you're 150 miles out. Drink alot of water before eating, it fills you up and keeps you from eating so much.
Maybe just drinking something? Or more meat. I'm not sure but that's what my dad told me. I get easily full by eating a slice of sirlion steak!
Sound like with the amount of exercising you are doing, you need to eat more. Dieting is for people who don't exercise hard. Im sure if you ate an entire chinese food court you wouldn't gain a pound! Why are you so worried?
Tree is funny!

I eat meat and veggies. NOT chicken wings... Lean meat and eat a lot of it. It will fill ya up for a long time.

BTW... if ya eat a Chinese food court... you'll be hungry again in an hour anyway.
Do you not like chinese?

P
high protein and high fibers, eat a small meal 30 min. before riding and eat a regular meal after riding
