Did you use training wheels when you learnt to ride a bike? |
Did you use training wheels when you learnt to ride a bike? I did'nt. My dad put me on the bike a gave me a push. I did. My first daughter did, but my second daughter didn't. She just hopped on and went. Yes, at my age 5! So as my son did and I took it away after 1-2 years. I am at 39 have Trek Road and my son 8 rides MTB. Ofcourse without TW now. Everybody starts with TW. No. I did, but when we bought our son his first bike at age 4, he would have none of it and made us take off the 'sissy' training wheels. Every kid's different. im sure i had them on at one point did they help? not at all it was still like, dad its a gravel parking lot gravel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! eventually just got it just riding down short grassy hills, enough to not pedal to much to stop paying attention to balance, but enough that if u fell its just a little tumble nothing painful maybe you can learn how to ride a bike sometime after you've "learnt" how to talk :) and yea i did |
