How do i operate shimano 105 STI levers? They shift the same way Dura Ace shifters do!!!! Sorry... just coundn't help it! Have fun with your new ride. the little lever behind the brake lever is to shift up. to shift down, push the brake lever towards the center. bike.shimano.com (shimanos' website) The answer is the same as the question you asked below.
