Are kickstands on bikes repairable? Remove it. Kickstands are creative extra weight. They're so cheap it wouldn't be worth the time or trouble to repair. yeah. theres a little screw like thing on the bottom, with an allen wrench u can tighten it! Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Usually not, but they are inexpensive enough to just replace a broken one. The kickstand that came on some SCHWINN bike could be fixed and reinstalled. Just remember to recycle your old one. They put kickstands on bikes?
