Anyone know what used Topolino V39 Wheels should go for? |

New Topolino Revelation V39 wheels sets $1299 US. Since they're a carbon rim design, I wouldn't even consider buying a "used" set. They're being sold for a reason ... and it's usually that there's a flaw in the rim. Do you want to be the one doing an endo at 30 mph because the rim failed? I don't! Well you sort of answered your own question... A reasonable price on EBay would be the average selling price. Watch them as they come up (probably not too often) note the prices, then you'll have the info you need. I've done this numerous times. One simply can't assume the going rate in a bidding format without sampling for data 1st. Even though I know new prices for items, I watch several of the same items sell on EBay before I bid, then I feel confident to buy. |
