What animals have you hit while bicycling? |
Mine include chipmunks, snakes, and almost ran into two deer (no people). Have you hit any animal while riding your bike? I haven't hit anything....yet. I live in rural Pa, so wildlife is very abundent. Where I come from, if you haven't hit a deer, you must have just moved here. I have come close to hitting deer, woodchucks, squirrels, dogs, ducks, rabbits and birds. The only things I have actually hit are bugs. Last weekend I had one hit the back of my throat and I ended up swallowing it. Yea, I'm ready for FearFactor now!!! Haven't actually hit anything, but I almost hit a fox dog the human kind! most annoying to I t-boned a human once, and I had a head-on collision with a pine tree. Lets see now. I remember vaguely riding thru the Big Sur at night, I hit a Big Foot. Then later that day, I hit a Sasquatch, I think it was a female cause she called me a no good son of a b***. Then the next day I hit a Black Bear and also a Rattle Snake. Then there was that family of Ducks that just had to step off the curb. Oh, when I was in India I had the biggest hit of all, I ran over an Elephant and it ruined my bike. I haven't hit anything (touch wood) But a work colleague hit a badger, he broke his collar bone and wrist, and the Badger turned on him as if to attack(though it didn't - it scuttled off into a hedge) Lol. |
