Whats the best creatine that you can buy at gnc stores ?? |
Hey guys , whats the best creatine that works pretty good that I can buy at gnc stores or vitamin world....thanx. Hah, perhaps wrong kind of cycling. I thinkt he best brands are eas phosphagen, met-rx if they still make it, optimum nutrition, etc. Don't worry about the ones that have other stuff in them, because you will get a lot less bang for your buck - 30 servings for $30 vs 200 for $30. DPS is usually cheaper, but sometimes these guys offer the products I want at a better price. For taking it, I'd recommend 5g (one rounded teaspoon) 2x/day - to enhance delivery, you can take it with something with a high glycemic index that'll cause an insulin spike like a fruit drink or basically anything with sugar that breaks down fast. Other alternative is to load with 5g 5x/day for 5 days - you'll end up urinating out a large percentage of it, but will saturate your muscles with it much faster than the 2x/day method. Its safe, it comes in food. It has been researched possibly more than any other supplement ever and has no known side effects in healthy population including does not cause cramping or dehydration (it hydrates ur muscles for goodness sake).
