Rig a big rig for a bike rack? |
Freight Liner Columbia cab, can a bike rack be installed easily? Yes Gotta make like a banana ....and split! Rock on Dudes! lol. Well It might be. Depends on where you buy it for the bicycle. Most guys just put them up behind the cab and bungee them down, if you put on a bike rack on the front, you have to think if you are gonna be over length or not. if not try one of those fold down things you know like on the front of a bus. good luck Been grabbin gears for 17 years. Keep the shiny side up and the greasy side down!!! Actually there are a few answers for this question. 1st, you can attach a bike rack to the back of the condo unit, but not too close to the exhaust pipe. Where you would normally have a rack for your load locks. Some guys/gals who pull flatbeds install a place here for snow chains, straps, tarps. 2nd you could buy a fold away bike and put it under your bed. They actually fold down fairly small and fit nicely in and out of the passenger side door. Rolled for years and years....Invested in a fold away bike myself.
