Okay your build your heart which is a muscle, your lungs, then skeletal muscles worked are quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves. There is also some core work required to ride a bike which will also work you abs and hip flexors.gluteus maximus or ur butt

For the 20th time this week, legs.

And by legs I mean all of your legs including your butt, Anyone who says your glutes aren't used doesn't ride a bike faster then 10MPH or further than around the block.
With me its in the following order:

1. Hamstrings
2. Quads
3. Calf Muscles
4. Glutes
