My friends does not know how to ride a bike and she is 20? thats funny O my, that is unbelievable! Biking is the grandest sport of all! You must teach your friend how! Enlighten her to the Trails!! I had a friend who couldn't bike. He was scared. I forced to get a bike, and I taught him to pedal, then he got it in few minutes. On his "first-ride", I took him every corner around the town, leading him to the steepest downhill in the town. Well, since then, he had no problemo at all Then put her on one and teach her.
