19.5 inch iron horse warrior comp for 6'0" tall rider?

I am 6'0" tall and 190lbs. I found a new 2005 iron horse warrior comp with a 19.5" frame for a great price. I want a decent cross country/ all mountain hardtail and this seems to fit the bill. Would a 19.5" be the right size for me. The effective top tube length is 23.1 - 23.2 inches.

Due to the height extension available because of the seat post, that 19.5" frame should allow enough room for a full extension of your leg in cycle while maintaining balance while not in motion.

Unless you're riding pro, sizing overall is not paramount and is fixable with a seat height. But that is the height range you're in anyways.
HMM..sheeeeeeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhtt... yeah, who ya kiddn ugh. I mean yaaaaaaaaaa...
