High School Cycling?

Does any one know if there is any sort of high school or collegiate cycling program?

Tell you what. If you are in High School, and there is no cycling program -- why not start one? When I was in High School three friends and I started a Cycling Club during Activities period. We kept it going all 3 years we were there. What do you have to loose? Get things rolling and contact other schools in your area. Challenge them to get involved.

Never heard of high school cycling programs, it'd be great though. Colleges do have cycling programs, not most - I know mine didn't. You would need to search the web or contact the college. Maybe check NCAA sports etc.
High School group, the only one I know of is B.I.K.E., www.kidsofbike.org, as for college, there are intramural groups, plus the ivy league colleges up north have the Little 500 which is all kinds of groups (a lot of the greeks) racing against each other.
