Are contacts a good or bad thing to wear when you are riding? Yes. Perfectly fine. yes, as long as they put the contacts on first. yes it is a good thing, to help u see. yeah you can wear them with some other form of protective eyewear i.e. riding glasses or goggles. it is good as far as you have better peripheral vision rider myself You might want to try cars and transportation / motorcycles !
