Do you mean the nuts, rather than the bolts? The "bolts" are actually the axle, onto which you thread the nuts to hold the wheel into place.

As for manufacturer, Carrera bikes are sold exclusively by Halfords, so you should contact them via a shop, or their website. Source(s): Bolt on axles?? What happened to quick release??

You don't need the manufacturer for simple axel bolts. Go to the hardware store. Bring your wheel with you. It'll run 1 or 2 bucks.
