What is the best palce for me to get a bmx inner tube my tire is so flat and keeps on getting puntured.?

ive have bought so many but they all go flat

If they keep going flat then maybe its time to look for the fault. If your jumping or riding skate parks you will want a tyre with a thicker sidewall and a larger air volume, to soak up the landings and prevent pinch flats.
Ask someone who has done the job before to have a look with you to check you are doing it right, a piece of glass, etc. might be lodged in the tyre, it's worth checking. Otherwise a spoke might be sticking through the rim and repuncturing the tube or it might be the way you are replacing the tyre, try not to use levers just your thumbs to ease the tyre back on gently without trapping the tube.
any cycle shop, they're the experts. if you wanna do it yourself buy them and have the cycle shop show you the correct way to replace them.
Try a "thorn resistant" tube.
They're extremely thick on the side that faces the tire.
.
Also look for the protector bands that fit inside the rim and lay over the bottom of the spoke ends. Buy 2-3 for each wheel and see if that helps decrease impact punctures esp. if this area is the most prone to damage.

I've seen both in most bike shops/sporting goods stores.
Call first.
