Is cycling in the morning is good to health when compare to running or jogging?

Both are equally good, and cross training can be most beneficial.

But cycling has its advantages. If not done properly, jogging/running can impact your knees.

Of course yes. Cause it is more physical in all way than jogging

i'd prefer cycling its more fun and easier
when ur cycling u use all the muscles on ur legs
but running and jogging r harder but r also usefull
u should do all(probably u should do it in less then a week)
like on sun/mon/tue cycle and on wed/thurs run and in
fri/sat u could jog
if ur young u should cycle more when ur older try jogging

It's just as good as far as aerobic exercise (burning calories and increasing heart-rate), but it's better on your body because it's not as stressful on your knees and ankles. Jogging and running without the proper support can be really damaging and give yo a lot of pain later in life.
(Ideally swimming is least stressful on your body, but cycling is defintely not too bad. Just don't fall off.)
