Have an obstacle course to dodge/swerve the bulls?

Have the suspect drug cheats at the back of the peleton and make it easier for the bulls to gouge them, while the clean cyclists/riders can out-cycle/ride the bulls.

Good idea but what if you are only suspected of doing drugs but your innocent. Not to good to be at the back for doing nothign.

the logic is totally flawed- the dopers will be able to out-cycle the peleton, so they wouldn't be gorged.
I thought they already did that on the Pyrenees stages...
