Whast muscles does bike riding work? |
i ride my bike 3-4 miles a day ana i want to know what is getting the best workout like my abs,loehandles legs cchest arms? oh and i ride up a big hill Easy your quads, hamstrings, and a little of your calf's Quads. quads thigh muscles a nd ur calves most of your legs when you ride up hills you tend to tighten your ab muscles but it all depends on how long you ride up them. Your thighs also get a lot of work. It is also just a great all around form of conditioning. quads, hams, glutes & calves. Riding works a lot of muscles Here are the major ones; your Glutes, Hip flexor, Hamstrings, Quadriceps, and Calf. Not to mention your Lungs, Heart, and all your core muscles. It's quiet a wholesome workout. |
