How do you solve a puncture? |
How do you solve a puncture? Purchase a puncture repair kit (any bike store and most big supermarkets will stock them). Remove the wheel from the bike. Use the tire leavers to 鈥榰nzip鈥?the tire from the wheel and remove the inner tube. Use a bowl of water to locate the hole, mark, prepare and patch the hole. This step can take some time so alternately purchase a new inner tube and replace the old one. Half inflate the new/repaired inner tube, place it inside the tire and attach to the wheel. Get my husband to sort it out!! Buy a puncture repair kit from any bike shop e.g. Halfords. Instructions will come with it, it's really easy :) Happy cycling! use puncture repair kit to sort it out and then hit the road. place the item in water , put air in it watch for bubbles ..repair the hole..!! Carry a puncture kit, or, if you are female, stand at the side of the road looking at your bike with a hopeless expression and some kind gent will come along and fix it (or take you to where you want to go). You don't solve a puncture, you fix a puncture. |
