What kind of 1/4 mile time does a 750 cruiser style motorcycle run? |
An average time for a boulevard, shadow or Vstar type bike. A new cruiser should be able to do sub 15. With the tiniest of mods-jetting and a pipe it will do sub-13s. Just because it doesn't look like a sportbike doesnt mean it isn't fast. 16-20 seconds. A Honda 750 shadow clocks in about mid 12s. If you really want to go fast on a cruiser, check out the Honda 1800...runs very low 11s !!! Ha Ha, think of a Harley...when he leaves the line go out and eat dinner, when you come back he might be getting close to the finish line !!!! Cruiser's are not setup for 1/4 mile blazing speed....especially the three you just mentioned. A Kaw Ninja 250 would put in a better time. |
